 Flowering the Cross on Resurrection Sunday morning. The flowering of the cross represents the transition from Good Friday to Easter, from Jesus’ death to joyful celebration of his resurrection. As you arrive on the morning of April 9th, look for the cross outside the main lobby on both campuses. Bring a flower (real or silk) to place on the cross and join in decorating the cross on Easter morning in celebration of the resurrection of Jesus!

  • NEW Family Ministry Equipping Class: Created Male & Female. A three session class on April 16, 23 & 30, both campuses at 10:45a.m. In this class, we will discuss how  to talk to your children and students about the differing roles of men and women and prepare you to make a defense of the orthodox Christian sexual ethics.   • New Child Dedication Class - April 16 or April 23 on both campuses, 9:15a.m. This class will review what child dedication is, the importance of the church-home relationship and what you can expect over the coming years for your child at FBC. Please note: parents are required to be members for their child to be dedicated. Register for MADISON, or for DECATUR.
  • New Ladies Event. Come join us at the Madison Campus on April 29th, 8:30am-4:00pm for the Lifeway Women's Simulcast!  This event is open to both campuses and invited guests!  Listen to 5 exciting speakers, worship with a live band, and enjoy fellowship with your sisters from both campuses!  April 1-14 early registration is $15 and April 15-21 standard registration is $20 (scholarships are available upon request).  Coffee and lunch will be provided but there is no childcare planned.  Register soon  via Realm or at The Hub (cash or check)!  Contact Jayme Gabriel if you have any questions.
  • FBC Membership Class: April 23 & 30. This is a two-part class for those who re interested in becoming a part of First Bible. Discover FBC is not a pre-requisite for attending Membership Class. Decatur Campus (9:15) and Madison Campus at (10:45). Click MEMBERSHIP to register for either location.
  • SHINE Children's Ministry:  Connect Camp is a REMARKABLE day camp experience, June 26-30, to be held at the  Decatur Campus. Completed Kindergarten thru 5th grade can participate. The cost is $224.00.  Registration is open. Click CONNECT CAMP to find out more information. 
  • STUDENT MINISTRY SUMMER CAMPS: Registration is open! Register for HS SNOWBIRD Camp, June 5-10; and Register for MS Camp CROSSINGS Camp, July 13-17. Contact on the Decatur Campus: ABBI, JEREMY; on the Madison Campus: JOEL.

  • Discover Class: The next Discover will be April 2nd.   Discover is a great opportunity to learn more about First Bible and how to get connected.  Register for DECATUR (9:15); Register for MADISON (10:45), register at the HUB, or just show up the day of class.

  •  MISSIONS CRISIS RELIEF FUND: To serve Ukrainian refugees through our partners in that area, direct your giving to “First Bible Church” and designate your gift for “Missions Crisis Relief .”  
  •   Africa Renewal  Child Development Program/ Katovu.  For $40 - $50/month, you can sponsor a child, giving them access to healthcare, education, & hope. Contact ella.martin@charter.net
