Discover FBC is the next step for anyone interested in learning more about First Bible Church.  This class will help you better understand the beliefs, philosophy, and direction of our church, as well as meeting others in the same process. Whether you are a first time guest or you’ve been visiting with us for some time, Discover FBC will help you learn more about our church, how to get connected to others, and opportunities for making an impact in our church and community.
Discover FBC meets the first Sunday of every month.

Membership Class

Discipleship Class - Family Matters

Wednesday nights, 6:00 - 7:15 p.m. on the Decatur Campus.
August 24 - November 16th. Registration is required. Discover God’s perspective, purpose, and opportunity for the family! Join us for an 13-week conversation, including panel discussions, about the importance of the family and the uniqueness of its role in God’s kingdom. In this class, we will seek to learn what the Bible says about families, and our roles both in marriage and parenting, and equip ourselves for the journey! Class starts Wednesday, August 24th, and goes through November 16th. Registration closes on August 21st.

Discipleship Class - Church History

Wednesday nights, 6:00 - 7:15 p.m. on the Decatur Campus. Starting August 24 -  Registration is required.
In this class, we’ll trace God’s faithfulness to his people from the time of Christ’s ascension to modern history.  Teacher: Jess Montegudo, Room 202

Discipleship Class - Key Doctrines of the Faith

Wednesday nights, 6:00 - 7:15 p.m. on the Decatur Campus. Starting August 24 - Registration is required.
An overall study of theology: What the Bible teaches us about God, Scripture, mankind, the church, and what happens from here to eternity!

Starting Wednesday NIGHTS, Sept. 7th for 9 Weeks

Each participant will need to purchase their own book. Cost of book: $15.99 plus tax and shipping.
Women's Book Clubs are small groups that meet for 10 weeks to discuss a book, fellowship, & pray. There are various days and times available. This fall we will be reading Even Better Than Eden by Nancy Guthrie. Registration is open now! We will begin meeting the week of September 5th. Register online, or in the Coffee Commons of the Decatur Campus.
